By accessing and using the ODELA Business Services Sdn. Bhd. ("ODELA") platform and services, including the SPOT (Single Point of Truth) business credibility assessment system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ODELA provides business verification and credibility assessment services to Malaysian SMEs. Our SPOT platform generates business credibility reports based on documents submitted by users, cross-referenced with official databases and proprietary analytical methods.

By submitting documents to ODELA, you confirm that you have the authority to submit such documents on behalf of the business entity. You acknowledge that ODELA will verify these documents against official sources including SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), CTOS, and other relevant databases.
While ODELA strives for accuracy, our SPOT reports are based on the information available at the time of generation. We do not guarantee that the report will be accepted by any particular financial institution or government agency. The report represents an assessment based on available data and should not be considered as financial, legal, or investment advice.
Fees for SPOT reports are displayed on our platform before purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if the report does not meet your expectations or if a specific institution does not accept it. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of report generation.
All content, logos, and materials on the ODELA platform are the intellectual property of ODELA Business Services Sdn. Bhd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and other applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODELA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
ODELA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
