ODELA Business Services Sdn. Bhd. provides the SPOT platform, a national business verification platform that connects Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with financial institutions and tender opportunities. Our services include:

• Business registration and verification
• AI-powered credibility assessment
• Credibility report generation
• Document verification
• Access to financing opportunities
• Access to tender opportunities

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not disrupt or interfere with the service or any servers connected to the service

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the services are and will remain the exclusive property of ODELA Business Services Sdn. Bhd. and our licensors.

You are permitted to use our services for your personal or internal purposes only. You are not permitted to:

• Use our services for any commercial purpose without our written consent

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination of your account, all your rights and licenses to use our services will immediately cease.

Your continued use of our services after such revision will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
